That's wonderful that you have a family cabin so close to such an amazing location! I visited Yosemite once, when I was around 6 or 7, while visiting my aunt in California. I don't remember a lot from that day -- I do remember the massive half-dome and seeing deer. I'd love to get back there someday...so I'm going to check out your guest post and file that information away!
ReplyDeleteOoooohh I'm envious of the family cabin in Wawona! I think I've told you that Yosemite was an important place in my childhood. I can't wait until I can figure out a way to fund a family vacation there. Now heading over to Trekaroo...

ReplyDeleteMy parents were over this morning and we talked about going to Yosemite next weekend! Wish us luck finding a place :) Definitely looking forward to exploring areas we'd never considered!
